• Reservations must be secured by a $250 deposit.
• Deposit, less $50, refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. Exception: Christmas bookings. Call for Christmas policies.
• Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full Payment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/16 to 1/5.
• 4 nights minimum for summer rentals.
• VISA and Mastercard accepted.
• Rates based on double occupancy.
• Extra persons (over 17) - $12 each day
• Children under 18 free if sharing accommodations and existing beds with adults.
• Check-in time 3 P.M. - Check-out time 11 A.M.
